To setup Cygwin and Gamecontroller:

needed:

Cygwin
java jdk 1.4.2 or greater
gtk (?)
install_GT.bat
Open_R_sdk (for makestick)

installing java:
=================
* download jdk (not just runtime & not Enterprise)
* install to C:\j2sdk1.4.2...
* change PATH in windows from: My Computer - properties - advanced - environment variables

run install_GT.bat file
install from Local Directory
extend Path by C:\cygwin\bin; C:\cygwin\lib;
	double check Path:  cmd-> echo %PATH% should include above Path

run install_GT_part2.bat file

My computer-> C: -> cygwin-> usr -> bin -> local -> OPEN_R -> OPEN_R -> ers7 

WCONSOLE
memprot
OPEN-R -> copy to memory stick
