If you type in the model, etc. it takes you to a page that asks whether you want Sony Factory 
Service or Authorized dealer service.  A phone number is not given for Sony Factory Service 
on that page.  However, you can click the "Request Service" button and you will be taken to a  
form that asks for your name, phone numbers, product serial number (which I don't now), etc. I 
think it would be better that you fill this information out.  I didn't go any further than this 
page, but I think they will call you back.
