This week I worked a little more on my communication portion of my project and got two way error checking

communication to work on both the brain and scout programs.  I also decompiled all of the .class files

for the PBailey simulation and test bed, and worked on getting a preliminary first draft setup.  It still

needs to be cut down and checked for continuity.
