Red chip will tell Bs2 to ask for the brain for shortest path info at the point when scout is leaving the nest.  Movement chip will then ask bs2 for that path info and the pheromone will be decremented at the red chip when movement over black line occurs.  Sniffing will occur on the red chip as well. and the decrementing value will be used as the current value.
