 Played around with the 2004 code but kept banging my head against the 
wall.  So did not clock very many hours.

Worked on CM to get it to run.  Unsucessful.  Missing files, cant find the 
correct make file to compile first.

Worked on Penn code to get it to run.  Unsuccessfull.  Alot of compiler 
errors.

Started from scrach.  Got Penn to compile and run on the dogs

Tried to get CM to compile again since I got Penn to compile.  Unsuccefull 
still missing alot of files it needed or they messed up in thier read me 
and did not say how to actually compile the code correctly.
