copy these files to the parent directory (dogs/util/wlan_config)
wlan_setup -s [for static] -i ers01 [or 02 or whatever]
cp macaddr.cfg /memstick/config

You *must* match up IP addresses with the robots' hardware
addresses that are listed in macaddr.cfg. (i.e. put the
right sticks in the robots - ers01 goes in robot 1...
